What library is your favorite? Highland, Rolling Reader, and the Silver Reader libraries count as your favorite if you like them too. You can also describe your branch, the people at your branch or anything else you would like to say about your branch.

In honor of Support Teen Literature Day we will have an online book discussion during the month of April. Talk about any book you want, ask each other questions and comment on each other's posts.
Thursday April 19th is Support Teen Literature Day! Jarrettsville and Joppa branches will have book discussions for teens on April 19th. Bel Air branch will have a book discussion on April 10th. Call to register.
Comic Illustrator John Watkins-Chow will talk about the creative process of making a comic from start to finish and he'll give tips on figure drawing! The program will take place in the Jarrettsville Branch Saturday March 31st 2:00. Call to register.
Don't forget to sign up for the Winter Reading Program at your local library branch starting January 2nd. You'll receive a pen for signing up and you only need to read 3 books! If you're reading for school don't forget that those books count toward your 3! Those who complete the program will receive a journal with a pouch connected to it, what a great place to store your ipod for listening while you write!!
