Teens at the Whiteford Branch in Harford County, MD created a waterproof wall mural out of recycled plastic bottle caps in celebration of the summer reading program theme 'Be Creative @ Your Library'. The branch is being renovated and the staff and materials are temporarily housed in a trailer so the teens decided to decorate the outside walls.
