What is Marina?
Marina is a free, statewide method of requesting books from other libraries in Maryland that Harford County Public library does not own. Ask a Librarian for more information. To request a book that the library does not own, log on to the Marina website.

TDD (Hearing Impaired) Telephone Service
Deaf and hearing impaired customers can use 410-838-3371 for information assistance or use Maryland Relay by dialing 7-1-1 (either voice or TTY).

This service provides interpretation services for information transactions in any language on-site and over the telephone. Available at all branches at the Information Desk.
