Exit 74 (Rt. 152 North).
Follow 152 to Rt. 146, turn right. Take Rt. 146 to Rt.

Take Rt. 24 to Rt. 136 West.
Follow Rt. 136 to Rt. 23 and turn right. Turn left into

Norrisville Library and Recreation Center
is a joint venture between Harford County Department
of Parks & Recreation and Harford County Public
Library. The grand opening on February 1, 2003 of the
new full-service branch expanded service to the Norrisville
community to 51 hours per week.
