Exit 89 (Rt. 155) toward Havre de Grace.
Follow Rt. 155 (stay in left lane), which becomes Rt.
763 East (Superior Street) to
Juniata Street and turn right. Follow Juniata Street
to Pennington Avenue
and turn left. library is on the corner of Union and
Pennington Avenues.
From Rt. 40:
Take Rt. 40 to Otsego Street.
Go east on Otsego Street to Union Avenue and turn right.
Library is on the corner of Union and Pennington Avenues.
Located
