HCPL Mobile
Harford County Public Library now has a mobile app!
From your iPhone, iPod Touch, Android, or webOS device, you can quickly connect to the latest at the library.
Features include:
- Branch information
- Upcoming Programs
- New Releases & Booklists
- Ask a Question
- Catalog Search and Account access
- Links to our full website and social networking presences
Update (3/8/10)
Full account access is now available right in the app. Log in with your library card number and PIN to see your items out, requests, My List, fines and blocks, and profile information.
Already installed HCPL Mobile to your phone's home screen? You will automatically access the new version when you next open the app.
More is on the way
We will continue to update the HCPL Mobile app, and you will automatically see the updated app on your device.
Things we’re working on include offline support (for faster loading and use when you don’t have an Internet connection), a full–featured upcoming programs search, and more.

Installation Guide
Instructions are specific to iPhone and iPod Touch. For assistance with HCPL Mobile on Android or webOS devices, please e-mail webservices@hcplonline.info.
The HCPL Mobile app is a web app available directly from our website. HCPL Mobile is not downloaded through the app store.

In your iPhone, iPod Touch, Android, or webOS device’s web browser, visit hcplonline.info and you will be taken right to the app.

Tap the “+” symbol along the bottom of your screen, then “Add to Home Screen.”

Tap “Add,” and HCPL Mobile will be added to your home screen.
Now you can tap “HCPL Mobile” from your home screen to launch the app!
