This is a thorough bibliography of audio books with over 100,000 titles. There are two volumes, the first volume contains an a-to-z list of titles. In the second volume, it is organized by authors, readers, and subjects.

Audible.com provides audio books in downloadable mp3 format. These audio books can be listened to on mp3 players or on a home computer with Microsoft Windows Media Player. Their prices are less expensive than cassette or CD audio books, and their holdings include thousands of titles from fiction and non-fiction subject areas.

This site contains the published works of a wide variety of noted authors as well as scholarly essays and public discussions in an audio format. Many of the works recorded are read by the authors themselves. To listen to the sound clips, users need to have RealAudio software which can be downloaded from the site.
